We are looking for a Procurement Business Improver with Data Analytic skills to join our Procurement team in Lisbon at Airbus GBS!

Responsibilities - your mission 

· 
Support buyers on the deployment of Procurement Digital solutions including support on access management they and their suppliers have to use 

· 
Cross function support to Procurement commodities on transverse projects (R&T, Export Control Data, Enablement, Costing Brochure, Procurement Plan) including digital set-up 

· 
Optimize business processes to achieve more efficient results including establishing standard processes and best practices

· 
Develop detailed project plans and manages all implementation processes

· 
Data management support / maintenance including data cleansing (digital dashboard, procurement tools, specific trackers) and current tools improvements 

· 
Maintain and perform awareness sessions on procurement processes to buyers (risk management)

· 
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report progress. Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have

· 
 A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or a related field. 

· 
The jobholder should be experienced in a data analyst role

· 
Experience in languages such as Python, SQL and Google sheets/Excel macros. HTML would be an advantage.

· 
Project Management skills

· 
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data

· 
Digital background (Google apps, ...) with tools improvement mindset 

· 
Past experience in Procurement or process and tools governance would be a plus

· 
Communication, presentation and change management skills 

· 
Be customer focused, understand priorities 

· 
Eager to learn to work with new tools / be open to change and to continuous improvement 

· 
Fluency in English sufficient to fully engage in negotiations 

· 
Ability to work in a multicultural environment 

· 
Able to travel domestically and internationally when needed
