The Site Protective Security team provides a specialised interface with UK National Security Authorities and Commercial Customers designed to ensure high standards of security are delivered and maintained to meet contractual requirements. You will be working with key stakeholders to support security life-cycle, including but not limited to, influence of design, implementation, delivery and disposal.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM

Security Compliance - The delivery of Protective Security Services at the standards specified under contract (MOD, HMG, SPF, NPSA) and as it relates to the protection of FSC, and site, and inter-site activities originating on the site.

Material Security – Provide and maintain classified/sensitive information and manage the storage, transmission and destruction; provide understanding of such information to personnel. Ensuring that any breach of security, suspected or actual loss or compromise of company IP/Classified material is immediately reported.

Risk Management – Identify Security Risks and Opportunities; Support the site risk strategy through active participation in the Risk Management process. Support the site risk management strategy through influencing our customer’s mind-set and understanding of risk based daily operating processes.

Manage the ongoing system introduction to all relevant STV Site Security personnel, ensuring appropriate levels of access are awarded.
·
Security Administrator for the Security Operating Procedures applicable to Environment 3 Network.
·
Incident/Emergency Response - Supporting the the site security team response to all incidents and emergencies in accordance with current documented Site Security Plan.
ABOUT YOU
·
A thorough understanding of HMG and ideally MOD security rules and regulations concerning classified working.
·
A proven track record of experience in the delivery and management of safe, effective and value for money Protective Security operations, in either commercial or HMG environments is desirable.
·
Confident and articulate IT, verbal and inter-personnel skills for effective communication with customers, government authorities, project teams and business leaders.
·
Ability to work effectively both independently and as a team, in a multinational environment.
·
Ability to travel occasionally within the UK, and overseas when required.
·
British Nationality with the ability to achieve and maintain a UKSV vetting level without any restrictions.
·
Project Management qualification / experience, or strong potential is desirable.
·
An understanding and / or experience of implementing ISO27000 is desirable.
