The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) i s a unique international program sponsored by the French Ministries of Europe and Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Ministry of Ecological Transition and Territorial Cohesion, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function.
The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria. VIE Main Requirements:

European Union citizens (plus Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Monaco)

Graduates up to and including 28 years old (a VIE mission can begin no later than the day of the 29th birthday)

Have fulfilled military obligations for their country, if any
·
Must be registered on the Mon Volontariat International website before the age of 28
Important Note: As the VIE is an international mobility program, candidates cannot be assigned to their country of origin. Consequently, we cannot consider applications from Finnish citizens for this role based in Finland.

We are now looking for a Business Support VIE to support the different functions of the Business Support team in our Public Safety and Security (PSS) business .

The Business Support team at PSS is responsible for global functions such as Strategic Pricing, Channel Partner Management, Sales Support, Go-to-Market and Operational Excellence. As such, this position offers the chance to participate in a wide range of activities, such as process improvement, data collection and analysis, and market research. You will also have the opportunity to support the CEO of Airbus Defence and Space Oy in his daily workflow. You will be working with various stakeholders across the business and be supported by the international and diverse Business Support team.
Your working days can include doing preliminary market research to support innovation projects and their go-to-market, preparing materials for governance committees as well as supporting in the development of the team’s ways of working. You'll also have the chance to engage in additional responsibilities, such as helping develop AI-usage in the different Business Support activities.

The duration of this VIE period is 12 months and will start on an agreed date in May/June 2026. The position is full-time with 37,5 hours per week.
