Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Performance Manager (f/m) to join our Airbus Customer Services based in Toulouse, France.

You will be integrated within the Airbus Flight Hours Services (FHS) teams.

Airbus FHS is managing an integrated, cyclic supply chain of high value Aircraft Rotable Assets, including direct relationship and transfer of material with Airline customers and Repair and Logistic Suppliers.

You will join FHS Operations, a dynamic and diverse team responsible of preparing the industrial set-up, managing the service delivery and the supply chain operations worldwide. You will be a key actor in driving the performance of a key part of FHS Operations on a worldwide scale.

You will work in close connection with Operations, Inventory, Program & Methods & Tools.

Your challenges:

Lead the digital transformation of supply chain analytic applications in line with strategic project objectives

Lead the digitalization and development of applications, as well as the data quality improvement

Managing the supply chain performance across the complete scope of:

· 
Asset return from customers

· 
Asset processing in FHS Warehouses

· 
Repair order creation

· 
Dispatch to supplier repair stations

· 
Repaired asset receipt and processing*

Investigation and Analytics to:

· 
Proactively identify issues, as well as their potential solutions

· 
React to supply chain symptoms and performance issues, identifying root causes, then drumbeating recovery actions with worldwide stakeholders, in Airbus and the wider supply chain extended enterprise.

· 
Anticipate non performance

· 
Improve and standardize performance management across FHS worldwide actors

Your boarding pass:

· 
Masters Degree in Business Administration / Logistic / Supply Chain / Engineering with 3+ Years of experience

· 
Agile with data

· 
Knowledge of a ERP (ideally SAP)

· 
A good level in English is mandatory

· 
Knowledge and experience in Logistic operations would be a plus
