We're looking for a proactive and highly organized Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our manager and team
Responsibilities:
· Manage agenda and correspondence , including prioritizing, filtering, and gathering necessary information to facilitate decision-making for the manager and team.
· Perform diverse administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations for the manager and team.
· Proactively define and anticipate needs , organizing and planning meetings efficiently.
· Collaborate with other assistants across various stakeholders and functions to ensure seamless coordination.
· Manage Minutes of Meeting (MoM) , including follow-up communications and action tracking, and maintain accurate distribution lists.
· Handle all logistical aspects for events, weblives , and other team gatherings.
· Facilitate the cascade of internal and external information within the team.
· Contribute to positive working relationships and act as a facilitator within the team and with external stakeholders.
· Oversee office administrative duties , such as phone management, meeting/event administration, HR requirements, and expense processing.
· Act as the focal point for IT and facility management inquiries and coordination.
· Support in organization of events, weblives; Handle relevant logistics for the team (office supplies, travel management).
