Description:

Airbus is looking for an Aras PLM- Business Analyst to join in Bangalore, India, to support the Project and run mode and testing activities in the Cabin and Customisation Automation domain for Airbus Digital.

The Cabin and Customisation Design Automation product, part of Digital, consists of solutions and services to ensure automated and seamless E2E use of customer definition for all downstream processes from offer until end of A/C operations. 

C&C domain operating in a transnational manner, headquartered in Hamburg,Germany.

Qualification & Experience:

· 
Engineering graduate with 3-7 years of experience in engineering software applications support for end users.

· 
2-5 years of experience in Aras PLM maintenance.

· 
Good Experience in Aras migration and deployment and Integration with other systems.

· 
Technical/Functional Knowledge on Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) domain.

· 
Run-mode support and OS migration support by ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

· 
Ability to learn and master Airbus specific Operational Service Management tools like ServiceNow, MyPortfolio etc…

· 
Good hands on expertise in Incident Management, Problem Management, Escalation Management and transversal support across suppliers and internal teams.

· 
Good understanding of SLA, OLA, KPI and its objectives.

· 
Knowledge of ITIL processes and framework is a plus.

· 
E2E design release and archival process is an added advantage.

· 
Experience in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders transnationally.

· 
Experience in Export control and data compliance.

· 
Software quality management, security assessments awareness.

· 
Knowledge on Waterfall / Agile/ SAFe project methodologies and Versionone/JIRA/Gsuite is a must.

· 
Knowledge of major ITIL processes (e.g. incident, problem, change management) and preferred with the Airbus application landscape.

· 
Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities:

· 
Provide functional and process expertise in relation to Aras PLM applications.

· 
Provide lifecycle management support (requirements, documentation, integration, test and acceptance) for project deployment activities as applicable.

· 
Identify, tailor, optimize and apply relevant processes, methods and tools according to the type of programme/ project (size, context, complexity, etc.). This includes any agile methodologies (agile scrum or scaled agile: SAFe, scrum of scrum, etc.), and also the context of hybrid projects,  where the successful integration of multiple work packages developed applying different methodologies is needed.

· 
Troubleshooting and resolving incidents while collaborating with the development and IT teams to minimise downtime and maintain service quality.

· 
Manage Functional Support within agreed SLA / OLA.

· 
Establish suitable stakeholder networks and manage them effectively.

· 
Manage and monitor partners & subcontractors. He/she manages contractual relationships (in partnership with Procurement) to successfully ensure the delivery on time, cost & quality with relevant partners. He/she ensures products are delivered meeting the expected business value.

· 
Roadmap Management, Deployment Planning / Coordination & Regular Status Reporting.

· 
Manage required Resources / Means.

· 
Create, maintain and review Process Documentation / Support.

· 
Provide proactive and reactive Operational Support.

· 
Leading and managing Level 2 support incidents, including the analysis and resolution of complex issues handed over from the Level 1 support.

· 
Monitoring and evaluating the performance and effectiveness of IT solutions, making recommendations for continuous improvements.

· 
Effective supplier Management (3 - 6 in your portfolio). Managing and monitoring partners & subcontractors incl. contractual relationships (in partnership with Procurement) to successfully ensure the delivery on time, cost & quality with relevant partners. You’ll ensure that products are delivered meeting the expected business value.

· 
Management of feature ordering with a strong focus on time - quality - budget

· 
Raise Incidents, Change Requests etc. in relation to the application support/deployment activities.

· 
Identify, assess risks and opportunities in his/her area of duty. He/she identifies and prioritizes events that might negatively/positively affect the program/ process/ function objectives and he/she categorizes them. He/she takes corrective and preventive actions accordingly.

· 
Identifying and documenting defects, paying particular attention to their potential impact on business processes, revenue, compliance, or strategic goals. Ensuring test cases cover critical business functionalities and their impact on overall business operations.

· 
Providing test results and analysis that help business stakeholders assess whether the software meets the defined business objectives. Highlighting any risks or issues that could prevent the realization of business benefits.

· 
Prioritizing defects based on their business criticality by facilitating or participating in the execution of BAT test cases, often alongside business users or stakeholders.

· 
He/she must work closely with business partners and key contacts, including their business models & operations, addressing major challenges and the resulting expectations and needs.

· 
Adapt and use multiple forms of communication styles to ensure that all people/stakeholders are willing and able to follow common objectives. He/she negotiates & influences using reasoned advocacy in order to gain buy-in as well as using facilitation techniques to manage situations of conflict. He/she uses flexible and adaptable working styles to build and develop effective cross-functional team work. He/she interacts with people of different cultural backgrounds in a constructive manner to achieve commonly accepted project results.

· 
He/She shall be willing to work in European Shift Times when needed(up to 10.30 PM IST in Summer and 11.30 PM IST in winter.) 

 

Travel:

· 
Willingness to travel for a short term to Europe.
