Job Description:

Your mission will consist of :

- Monitor, improve, fix issues in the daily operations and optimize AH Thailand parts distribution flow performance

- Contribute to customer satisfaction through monitoring of logistics KPIs (OTR/OTD, Customer Complaints, Late Orders)

- Support the local CSMs/regional CLMs that are the voice of the customer internally with regards to Materials & logistics matters

- Support AHT Operations and APAC region initiatives & action plans aimed at improving the level of service provided to customers

- Support to improve the performance of customer spare parts/HCARE support contracts

- Support the local CSMs and APAC CLMs at conferences and meetings with customers/partners.

- Measure business performance via the collection, consolidation and synthesis of performance indicators.

- Manage performance through facilitating stakeholder exchange on performance data, root cause analysis, and recommendations in order to enable decision making.

- Identify / define improvement projects to reach targeted performance.

- Contribute to AH / AH Thailand / APAC region revenue generation

Required skills :

We are looking for candidates with the following experience and skills:

· 
Analytical mind : ability to work and cross data

· 
Assertiveness when focusing on major stakes

· 
Communication skills

· 
Desired experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management (strategic or operational procurement, logistics, customer contract execution, etc.)

· 
Knowledge of SAP (recommended) and ability to implement applications aiming at business Improvement

Language skills :
. English: advanced
. French or German language is a plus
