Are you looking for an internship? Would you like to discover the work of a Project Manager within Customer Services? Then apply now! We look forward to you joining us in Hamburg at the earliest possible opportunity for a 3-4 months full-time internship (35 hours/week, flexi-time).

If you are undertaking the internship on a voluntary basis, i.e. not as a compulsory requirement of a study programme, the maximum duration is 3 months. If you wish to complete your compulsory internship, please include the relevant excerpt from your study regulations/guidelines with your application. There is the possibility for a voluntary internship of max. 3 months and/or writing a final thesis, upon agreement with the department.
As an intern you will acquire an in-depth insight into the department which designs and delivers customised material provisioning packages with external partners for Airbus customers. You will be part of the maintenance provisioning solutions team. This team focuses on forecasting the needs for aircraft spares considering scheduled and unscheduled maintenance events. The level of customer support and material sales is enhanced through the development of forecasting models, IS tools and products along with clearly defining future demands, trends and providing proactive sales platforms for relevant spare parts. You will work in a very international environment, with a diverse team and acquire a multidisciplinary perspective of the airline and aircraft industry.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your role will involve the following exciting tasks:

· Introduction of project management structures into the daily operations
· Preparing reports for the project management team regarding status of projects and ensuring they are kept up to date
· Preparing project, program and/or portfolio presentations
· Participating in team meetings and drafting and preparing meeting minutes
· Documentation of processes and procedures

Desired profile


Required skills

You offer:

· Enrolled student* within Business Administration, Business Studies or similar field of study
· First practical experience in project management is appreciated
· Skills in Visual Basic are a plus
· English: fluent / negotiation level
· German skills are advantageous but not mandatory
· Soft skills

You are a good team player, have excellent communication skills, and are able to work independently.

* Besides we offer the possibility to do an internship between the Bachelor's degree and the planned Master course. The internship must take place immediately after the Bachelor's degree; there can be a maximum of one semester between the end of the Bachelor's degree and the start of the Master's course; possible duration: 3 months.
