A vacancy for a Integration Engineer (d/f/m) Large Distributed Systems - Maritime Surveillance has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in Friedrichshafen. The successful applicant will join “TECSA1 - Systems Design”.

Tasks & accountabilities

Performs the integration of software and hardware components and/or software executables for System and Software Integration Testing on host and target locations
Sets up the system under test platform and ensures stability through automated testing
Receives, checks and integrates SW sprint releases / daily releases and produces a system configuration
Creates test scripts for automatic testing of the system
Creates scripts for the automated build, configuration and deployment of the system for sprint / daily releases

Required skills

You have the ability to verify that the system's requirements are correctly & completely implemented. The result of this activity may be required for qualification of the
system in the frame of Customer acceptance or certification. -Define interfaces between functions, or between systems and to manage their consistent
implementation into system(s) -Test Preparation, Execution, and Analyze for the functions of a System / Sub-system / Equipment / Component / Module

- Expertise in software integration and system integration
- Experience in Systems Engineering of software intensive and large distributed systems
- Experience in Windows Server administration including Hyper-V
- Experience in Linux operating systems administration with RedHat Enterprise, Fedora, CentOS
- Experience in scripting languages puppet/ruby , shell and powershell
- Experience with development tools for DevOps ideally (GIT, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Nexus, Gradle, Jira)
- Experience with deployment automation ideally Ansible, Microsoft SCCM
- Knowledge of operational notion of maritime sensors s.a. AIS, radar, VHF
- Know How in Agile methodology s.a. SAFe, Scrum, Kanban
- Self sustained and team Player
