Airbus Helicopters in Marignane is looking for a Electronic Warfare Systems Responsible within the Weapon & Electronic Warfare Systems department.

The need for military helicopters is increasing in the current geopolitical context. Military customers are demanding more and more performance from the active self-protection system. On the other hand, technologies are evolving fast with the introduction of the artificial intelligence. Mastering the Electronic Warfare System is key for the military business. 

In this context, your mission will be to manage the development and the integration of new Electronic Warfare System in militarized helicopters.

Your challenges:

Your responsibilities will include:

· 
Writing the requirement specification

· 
Review the supplier proposal in collaboration with the procurement department

· 
Define the development process with the supplier and translate it into the Statement of Work 

· 
Manage all technical activities with the supplier, for instance the development reviews (design reviews and qualification review)

· 
Review the integration constraints with the integration team

· 
Define the interfaces

· 
Contribute to the helicopter system reviews

· 
Define the test requirements on the System Integration Rigs and on the helicopters

· 
Support the test team during bench and flight tests

· 
Assess risks and propose mitigation plans

· 
Provide the documentation for certification or qualification

Your profile:

We are looking for candidates with the following skills:

· 
Experience in system engineering

· 
Experience in Electronic Warfare System

· 
Experience in supplier management

· 
Ability to connect, collaborate and communicate

· 
Ability to take initiatives and to propose solutions

· 
Ability to ask for support when needed

· 
Willingness to learn and grow

· 

This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
