Responsibilities - your mission
An opportunity for a Employee Support Specialist has arisen within Airbus GBS.
The selected candidate will join the Airbus GBS Reward Operations Team supporting the Human Resources function.
The jobholder will be responsible for ensuring an efficient Employee Support and Experience on Personnel Administration, Time Management, Payroll, Social Security and Benefits activities that belong to the Reward Operations area, as essential topics from Human Resources function (HR), on a high-quality level, leading with labor law and rules, Collective Agreements, as well Company requirements.
The main tasks will be:

Support and meet all those requests raised by the internal employees to the internal customer service at first level.

Ease handling various Service Now tickets, (even few phone calls and emails) on a daily basis while resolving HR employees issues and requests in a short time span.
·
Expected efficient triage actions may permit the requests to be derived to other RO areas when it has not been able to be solved at the first level.
·
Managing different IT tools at once.
·
Able to provide clear internal customer service in both Spanish (native) and English.
·
Memorize main related areas procedures and manage KDB and documentation for others, to provide a quality service.
·
Create and update both Employee Support department procedures and response templates.
·
Reporting and KPIs monitoring.
·
Analyzing reports, KPIs and detailed data to highlight employee needs anticipation and customized information.
·
Facilitate training actions and also knowledge transfer when needed.
·
Data Privacy Culture: Ensure the protection of personal data. Ensure a high level of compliance.
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have
·
Languages: Spanish native level / English conversational level
·
Education: Human Resources or Labour Relations or Business Administration or a related discipline at any level.
·
Experience: At least 1 year in Human Resources / Service Line.
·
Technical knowledge: Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office. Valuable: Service Now, SAP-HCM and/or Workday
·
Soft skills: Effective communication. Empathy. Patience. Resilience. Ability to handle pressure. Emotional stability and self motivation.
·
Valuable / Nice to have: Time management and/or payroll knowledge. Experience in manufacturing companies. Spanish culture experience.
