Job Description:

A temporary position as a ME Excellence BO&S Data Oficcer has arisen within Airbus Defence & Space in San Pablo (Sevilla).

RESPONSABILITIES:

The jobholder will be a Performance Management Data officer inside the ME excellence Organization.

Main job holder accountabilities will be to:

· 
Be Bo&S figure for TAOED organisation.

· 
Support on  the performance activity & reporting at all levels and along all the perimeter of TAOE, while ensuring data accuracy and robustness of the data. This includes, TOCE balance scorecard, KPIs data set in SQCDP and DCR, Strategic projects, monthly report, target update, etc.

· 
Contribute to the enhancement of the Excellence performance system based on digital tools and automation, identifying best practices along the division & cross division 

The jobholder will be the BO&S figure/Focal point for the transversal department of TAOED. He/she will interact constantly with diverse stakeholders – different profiles, cultures and in different languages - and be given the opportunity to access different businesses along TAOE organisations (different divisions, countries, etc) but also with high management exposure on a regular basis.

The jobholder will contribute as a  Performance Management Data officer inside the ME excellence Organization, being a contributor for the performance process and tools inside TOCE. 

Main job holder contributions will be to:

Help in the definition and update TOCE Excellence performance system.  

· 
Help in the control of all the performance activity & reporting at all levels and along all the perimeter of TAOE, while ensuring data accuracy and robustness of the data. This includes, TAOE balance scorecard, KPIs data set in SQCDP and DCR, Strategic projects, monthly report, target update, etc.

· 
Contribute to the enhancement of the Excellence performance system based on digital tools and automation, identifying best practices along the division & cross division 

The main activities & Deliverables:

· 
He/she will manage and control all voices of TOCEP budget

· 
He/she will contribute to the deployment of TOCE PMS based on digitalization & automation

· 
He/she will launch cross fertilization exercises for best practice sharing of all the sites and cross division

· 
He/she will deal with highly sensitive and confidential information at top management level

SKILLS:

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

· 
Educated in an Engineering degree or a related discipline

· 
Experience in Manufacturing Engineering, P&I

· 
Knowledge of our excellence system

· 
Knowledge of reporting tools (DeMat, etc)

· 
BO&S background

· 
Proactive person

· 
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· 
Organized & Structured

· 
Advanced level in English and Spanish. French and German are also valuated

· 
Experience in other division are also valuated (Space mainly)

· 
Availability for travelling

· 
Multicultural skills
