Description of the job :
A vacancy for a DOA Management, Policies and Expertise Engineer has arisen within Airbus Defence & Space in Getafe .
The successful applicant will join Engineering Department .

The DOA Independent Monitoring Management, Policies and Expertise Engineer belongs to DOA Independent Monitoring Department, reporting directly to HO Military Aircraft Engineering.

Task & accountabilities :
Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:
The mission of the DOA Independent Monitoring Management, Policies and Expertise Engineer is to manage projects for the obtaining and extension of the Military Design Organization Approvals and associated privileges.
He/ She contributes to the Design Organization Manuals ownership, to the Design Approvals policy definition and to the demonstration of compliance of the Design Assurance System documentation with the Aviation and Military regulations requirements.
He/ She contributes to deliver to the Military Aircraft Design Organisation the right level of Design Approval expertise.

Required skills :
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
• Educated to degree level in Engineering
• Experience in Engineering
• Experience in Design and/or Airworthiness functions will be considered as a Plus for the position.
• English advanced
• Spanish will be valuable
