AIRBUS offer more than 70 vacancies for our full time graduate program in Spain - # DISCOVER I 2025/2026 - Starting date March 3rd 2025

We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector.The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.

What does this internship consists in?

Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (#DISCOVER) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.

You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to DISCOVER the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.

The start of the internship will be in early March 2025, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

Internship Job Description:

Airbus Illescas is a 32 years old plant reference in automated manufacturing of  large and complex composites components in an innovation ecosystem through sustainable solutions, focus on the deployment of Predictive processes and methods and being pioneers in data analytics and digitalization.

 

Concretely in Performance & Improvement department we coordinate the definition of the plant's strategy: mission, vision, objectives and projects lines, at the same time that we define an aligned Performance management system.

We promote and support the deployment of the standards and routines established according to the Airbus Operating System (AOS) in order to achieve operational excellence and always following a mindset of continuous improvement. We lead the Resources multi-functional team to ensure resources, skills and competencies needs for the today and for the future of the Plant. We are also in charge of managing and planning capitalizable expenditures (CapEx) for improvement, sustainable & new development projects 

All the previous tasks have a main objective to ensure an excellence performance in the Plant as well as prepare it to pioneer the future in aeronautics

In Performance & Improvement department you will have a first contact with aeronautical business, you will be able to learn about how an aeronautical plant is managed going through the performance management system, you will participate in the definition and monitoring of the KPI's of the performance system, you will be in first hand with AOS Change agents to support them in the deployment of new AOS bricks such as sustainability in addition to work on mature those currently deployed, you will be able to participate in the definition and use of digital tools for shop-floor management and data analytics solutions. You will be required to support the current Resource management system looking for simplification.

Skills and competences required:

Recently graduates/Master students from Industrial Engineering, industrial organization engineering degree or similar

· 
English: negotiation level

· 
Spanish: negotiation level.

· 
Knowledge in digital solutions management (Such us google suit)

· 
Knowledge in LEAN 

· 
Innovative mindset

· 
Proactive, Energetic, Willing to learn

· 
Team spirit and great collaboration skills.

· 
Ability to work in complex and international environments.
