Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Critical parts manager for Dynamic component repair (f/m) to join our Dynamic Components Repair (DCR) Department based in Marignane, France.
You will join the team in charge of Worldwide Dynamics MRO in Support & Services organization within Airbus Helicopters.
The MRO organization is a key stakeholder in the Customer Satisfaction and have a clear road map to become worldwide and end to end: accountable for the performance from customer to customer, wherever the activity is performed.

Your challenges:
· Based on supplier delivery commitments (new and repaired parts), the inventories and worldwide dynamic MRO workshop plannings, you will deliver a coverage analysis to achieve the yearly plan and relative action/mitigation plans.
· You will have to manage a list of critical parts to support arbitration process between serial activity, spares and MRO.
· You will have to prepare and participate to the steering comitees at program level to the Program Support Organization (PSO) and provide and support the MRO vision with the customer impact (#Customer centricity).
Your profile:
· A strong knowledge of challenges of the Dynamic component R&O activity.
· Logistic flows / SAP
· Customers focus
· Process improver
· Negotiation skills to challenge supply chains (new/repair) commitments
· Communication skills
· English / French negociation required.
This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
