Airbus Helicopters in Kassel is looking for a Contract Manager Aircraft MRO Germany (m/f) within the area “Customer Support & Services / Maintenance Repair & Overhaul / Maintenance Repair & Overhaul” for the department “ESRAK - Aircraft MRO Operations Kassel”.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks will include:
Contract and bid management for Aircraft MRO Germany.

Bids:

·  Coordinating bid creation for worldwide sales in collaboration with Augsburg, Donauwörth & Marignane
·  Analysing customer requirements together with specialist departments & creating quotes
·  Negotiating bids with customers in collaboration with the KAM

Contract management:

·  Project leadership for handling maintenance and retrofit contracts
·  High level of coordination of all departments involved
·  Creating and following up project schedules
·  Date and cost control, introducing corrective measures in the event of any deviations
·  Internal reporting
·  Speaking to customers
·  Payment Invoicing

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and skills:

·  University degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar
·  Aviation experience is a plus
·  Experience in dealing with customers is a plus
·  Good knowledge of MS Office
·  Knowledge of SAP is a plus
·  Highly service-oriented approach
·  Solution-oriented way of working
·  English: fluent/negotiation level
·  Knowledge of French is a plus
