You will closely work with the different business areas, business analysts, project management organization and other international IT teams to turn IT specifications based on the business requirements into IT solutions. This solutions are the basement for reliably and trustworthy services and deliverables.
You are the focal point for IT infrastructure projects launched/requested by FM regarding Building and Construction, Refurbishments and Moves in all core nations. Projects in this area are to be managed and lead with the support of and in close cooperation with the IM Infrastructure Teams.
Business focus, strong analytical and problem solving skills and strong project management experience are necessary to be able to quickly bring business needs through the discovery phase. Excellent writing and communication skills to report back the findings in a clear and structured manner are required to present these in a way that can be easily understood by the business stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities/Tasks
· Beeing the central contact for all Facility Management topics related to new infrastructure solutions and projects to be realized.
· Works with Business stakeholders to identify the business requirements and the expected outcome. Identifies areas where information system changes are needed to support business plans and monitors the impact in terms of change management.
· Builds requirements, specifications, business processes and the business case related to the proposed solutions.
· Collaborates with Business subject matter experts to select the relevant sources of information to ensure the implementation of enhancements/changes and realisation of projects as needed.
· Anticipates changes to Information Solutions and the business impact and vice versa.
· Analyses business needs and translate them with process knowhow and the required IM background into adequate IM solutions. Manages and implements updates to existing solutions. Maintenance activities guided by the needs, costs and plans agreed with business key contacts always having the Airbus harmonization approach in mind.
· Identifies areas of improvement in business processes providing possible IM solutions compliant with the IM strategy.
· Works with business analysts and IT teams to identify what data are available and relevant, including internal and external data sources, to support application integration based on the requirements collected with the business.
· Contribute to the preparation of the business plan of the organization.
· Responsible for managing the information technology development within the business domain.
· Formalize, consolidate and drive the development of the information management solution.
· Works with the Data Protection, IM Security Officer, System Architect, Workers' Council and Infrastructure Teams to ensure that the solution proposed/used is in compliance with all regulatory and security policies in place.

Required skills
· Bachelor degree in computer science or related field; Master degree preferred.
· Significant experience
· Solid knowledge and experience of infrastructure solutions and software development techniques.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Knowledge of the business areas HR, Security and Facility Management including their processes.
· Language Skills:
o German – negotiation level
o English – negotiation level
o French or Spain – welcome
