What the job is …

 As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders from both business and technical teams to define clear and actionable requirements for our platform. Your expertise in requirements specification, project management, and business-IT alignment will be critical in driving the success of our e-commerce solutions.

You'll be working at our headquarters in Amager, Copenhagen, as part of a dynamic international team, contributing to the future of our cutting-edge platform.  

Responsibilities:

· 
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and understand business needs, ensuring alignment between business and IT.

· 
Gather, document, and prioritize both technical and non-technical requirements, translating them into user stories, features, and epics.

· 
Act as the key liaison between business teams and developers to ensure technical solutions meet business objectives.

· 
Manage and maintain project and product backlogs in Jira and Confluence, ensuring efficient prioritization of tasks.

· 
Co-facilitate quarterly planning sessions and other key Agile ceremonies, driving the successful delivery of features and initiatives.

· 
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely resolution or mitigation.

· 
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet both functional and user experience standards.

· 
Stay informed of e-commerce trends, business analysis best practices, and industry changes to continuously improve processes.

Travel 10-15 days per year for business needs.

How you will contribute to the team

Qualifications:

· 
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

· 
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a digital or e-commerce environment.

· 
Strong expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, and functional specification writing.

· 
Experience working with Jira, Confluence, and other Agile project management tools.

· 
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) and experience in program increments is a plus.

· 
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

· 
Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality, customer-centric solutions.

· 
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
