A great opportunity has arisen for a Service Bulletin Engineer position within Airbus in Blagnac, France.
You will join the Standard Service Bulletins Department of Airbus Customer Support and Services.

We provide our Customers with Service Bulletins and technical support in order to optimize and maintain their aircraft fleet flying safely, while contributing to generate value for our customers and Airbus.
We are a transnational organization, working on a daily basis with our colleagues in Filton, Hamburg, Bremen, Getafe, Blagnac and Mobile.
Tasks and Responsibilities :
As the selected candidate, you will be a member of the Avionic, Electrical and Power Plant Systems Service Bulletins Team which supports the In-Service fleet for all civil Airbus programs. As an SB Engineer you will directly contribute to the production of Service Bulletins in ATA chapters 22, 24, 27, 31, 34, 42, 45, 46, 47, 49, 70-80. You will be responsible for the Service Bulletin Preparation dossier containing all the technical information and to do so, you will order and coordinate all the required Engineering data. You will act as a focal Point with all responsible stakeholders and organize meetings with the SB authoring team. You will also be in charge of the coordination of the Service Bulletin Technical approval and Airworthiness approval and manage the corrections implementation when required. Your main objective is to ensure that the Service Bulletin meets customer requirements in terms of safety, quality, lead-time and cost.
Furthermore, you will provide support to answer customer queries (Airlines & MRO) as Repair Technical Engineer (RTE2) by providing technical assistance via TRM Tool and the approval of Technical Adaptation Approval Sheets (TAAS). In case of customer request, you will provide on-site assistance during the implementation of Service Bulletins.
You will also contribute to improvement projects. Either to increase the efficiency (reduction of lead-time) of the global process or to lead new Component Service Bulletin Project or to support the future SB project with the main objective to build the Service Bulletins and business of tomorrow.
Required skills :
As the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following competencies:
· Master Degree in Aeronautical Engineering / Avionic and Electrical systems
· Knowledge in Power Plant systems.
· Project Management skills; PM Certification is a plus
· 3D juump knowledge
· Ability to develop some scripts in G-Suite.
· Interested in and at ease with digitalization
· Knowledge in Airbus design tools is a plus
· Experience in Airlines or Maintenance activities is a plus
· Experience in Service Support is a plus

- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Fluent English (speaking/writing) is a must. French, Spanish & German is an asset
