Starting from a strong heritage of traditional geostationary satellite assembly methods, we implemented a unique assembly line in Toulouse (France) and in Merritt Island (USA) and a groundbreaking procurement supply chain.

Based on this heritage, Airbus Constellations Satellites developed the ARROW platform to adapt it in a variety of Low Earth Orbit missions including communications, Earth observation, M2M/IoT, maritime, and aero applications Our ability to iterate on satellite design and launch new satellites in quantity faster than ever before secures our competitive advantage in spacecraft production. We have leveraged resources and expertise across the entire company to rise to the constellations challenge and will provide satellites to government and commercial customers in several countries and are strongly involved in defining and developing future constellation projects.

YOUR MISSION

During 6 months, as part of a dynamic supply chain team of around twenty people,  you will supporting Procurement Department, especially the HardWare Supply Chain Management, by:

· 
Under tutor reposnabilities, you will realize a mapping of the Hardware Supply Chain data such as: suppliers critical informations, equipment data, associated leadtime, average cost per quantity, etc… This mapping should be produced in the form of a simple and accessible tool in order to create an internal communications base for all departments.

· 
Make a data compilation of all the information needed by program department in order to follow up the Supply Chain activity and control 

· 
Hardware delivery planning link to Final Assembly Line needs

· 
Recurrent and non-recurrent costs vs. budget

· 
Risk & opportunities

YOUR DAY TO DAY 

You will join the Supply Chain team and will have to work with the various managers (in France and the USA) in order to consolidate information.

You will also be in contact with the program department to identify the mission's needs.
