Your tasks and responsibilities

· 
In this key position, as ECM, you will be responsible for the necessary coordination with our partners, taking into account our configuration management process specifications

· 
You act as the “voice of the airframe area” within the program rounds (e.g. MB, DB & KOB)

· 
You lead overarching activities for configuration changes within the team and within our 1AA Airframe community

· 
You create new change requests (CR) for the airframe area 

· 
You support the Product Change Leader (PCL) along the Airbus Change Process (CM/PM)

· 
Creation of a MOD breakdown plan in close coordination with the 1A integrators and its timely execution before the relevant committees (MB, DB, PCL) until MOD closure

· 
Coordination of the scope of changes with all affected committees in the Product Change Team (including transnational coordination, if required.)



Desired skills and qualifications

· 
Experience from aviation in construction, configuration management & product combinations in an industrial environment

· 
Knowledge of the aircraft change process (A2843.3) & project management 

· 
Experience in dealing with late requests and the resulting impact on MOD and design changes 

· 
Advanced & business English

· 
Ability to work in a team and willingness to solve problems

· 
Very good communication skills between internal and external stakeholders
