A vacancy for 3DExperience Ergonomics Architect has arisen within Airbus in Toulouse.
You will join ZIDCC perimeter, responsible for the end to end accountability for all PDM / Configuration management activities.
The scope of ZID (IM organization to fully support Airbus Develop Business Process) department is to deliver to Airbus Business a single & harmonized set of IS/IT tools for the development of the Aircraft.
It ensures Product Life Cycle Management Support and Services as requested by Programs, Center of Expertise and Center of Competences. The Airbus Product Life Cycle Management (PLM) is a key and critical component of Design Information System.
ZID is the home within Airbus to lead the development, the implementation, the maintenance and the support of PLM to all Airbus programs in line with the corporate strategy. In order to address these challenges, ZID organization is aligned to both Engineering Sub Processes (Functional Design Configuration Management & DMU ...) and Aircraft operational stakes. ZIDC is one of ZID pillar to reach these objectives.

Task & accountabilities :
Your main tasks and responsibilities as System Architect will include:
• Product Design validation
• Acts as visionary to proactively assist in defining the direction for future IT Products & Services
• Responsible for working with other Solution Architects, systems analysts, and other developers to deliver the highest quality solutions via cutting edge technologies
• Defines models, including solution patterns, to guide solution decisions
• Involved in all phases of the application development life cycle including research and design, development, testing, implementation and support
• Align architecture strategy with the organization's business goals and long-term strategic planning for the organization's Information systems
• Define policies, standards and guidelines that direct the selection, development, implementation and use of Information Technology within the organization.
• Identify ergonomic impediment and define alternatives to mitigate them.
• Act in the context of “On The Shelf” product parameterization, minimizing customized developments.

This role will involve some travel for business in Europe and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

Required skills :
You have the following skills and experience:
• IT degree or equal
• 10 years in PLM (industrial information system), design and optimization of user experience of industrial system.
• Agile / SAFE experience
• Knowledge in PLM and Engineering/manufacturing processes.
• Strong use experience / ergonomic skills on industrial information systems.
• 3DExperience would be a plus.

Especially
Autonomous with excellent communication skills, displaying an ability to take initiative & drive improvement and innovation
Demonstrate a real ability to interact and influence stakeholders & Customer expectations
Negotiation level of English, French would be a plus
