Misión: 

Asegurar la precisión y eficiencia inicial en el registro de transacciones financieras y contables dentro del sistema SAP, sirviendo como un soporte fundamental para el equipo de Contabilidad de Shared Services. Tu rol será clave para aprender y contribuir al cumplimiento de procesos, la correcta asignación de costos y la preparación para cierres contables oportunos.

Responsabilidades:

· 
Registro Contable Principal: Realizar y verificar los registros de transferencia contables en el sistema SAP, asegurando la correcta aplicación de las cuentas.

· 
Soporte Operativo: Asistir activamente al equipo en la organización y documentación de transacciones para garantizar una operación financiera fluida.

· 
Aprendizaje Fiscal y Normativo: Familiarizarte con los procesos de cumplimiento fiscal básicos y apoyar en la asignación de costos bajo la guía del equipo.

· 
Seguridad y Cumplimiento:

· 
Cumplir con la política de seguridad operacional de la compañía y las disposiciones internas.

· 
Reportar oportunamente peligros, eventos o situaciones que afecten la seguridad operacional.

· 
Participar activamente en la capacitación anual definida en la plataforma Mypulse

Requisitos

Buscamos una persona con gran disposición al aprendizaje, atención al detalle y un interés genuino por desarrollar una carrera en contabilidad.

Licenciatura terminada o pasante de Contador Público, Finanzas o carrera afín.

Mínimo 6 meses de experiencia (Se acepta experiencia como becario, prácticas profesionales o servicio social relevante).

Conocimiento Intermedio de Office (Excel es clave). Conocimiento básico de SAP (Haber interactuado con el sistema es un plus).

Mission (Focus on Learning and Support)

To ensure the initial accuracy and efficiency in the recording of financial and accounting transactions within the SAP system, serving as fundamental support for the Shared Services Accounting team. Your role will be key to learning and contributing to process compliance, correct cost allocation, and preparation for timely accounting closings.

Key Responsibilities

· 
Primary Accounting Recording: Execute and verify accounting transfer entries in the SAP system, ensuring the correct application of accounts.

· 
Operational Support: Actively assist the team in the organization and documentation of transactions to ensure smooth financial operations.

· 
Tax and Regulatory Learning: Become familiar with basic tax compliance processes and support cost allocation under team guidance.

· 
Safety and Compliance:

· 
Comply with the company's operational safety policy and internal regulations.

· 
Timely report hazards, events, or situations that affect operational safety.

· 
Actively participate in the annual training defined on the Mypulse platform.

Requirements

We are looking for a person with a strong willingness to learn, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in developing a career in accounting.

· 
Bachelor’s degree completed or pasante (student who has completed all coursework) in Public Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

· 
Minimum 6 months of experience (Experience as an intern/trainee, professional practice, or relevant social service is accepted).

· 
Intermediate knowledge of Office (Excel is key). Basic knowledge of SAP (having interacted with the system is a plus).

· 
Basic Theoretical Knowledge of Accounting.
