RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Administrative work – managing PO’s, invoices, vendor creation, customer card creation
· Sports Marketing assistance – managing payments, product allocations, GC provision, assist on shoots (riders), discount cards
· Reports – monthly competitive report, monthly creator audit, campaign report consolidation, adidas runners monthly report consolidation, post event reports
· Other – assist in seasonal media showcase (samples), store pull out & coordination for campaign & adhoc shoots, community activation support

QUALIFICATIONS:

Currently on their 3rd or 4th year College taking up Business Administration/Marketing/Economics

Actively participating in school organizations. Holding a leadership position is a plus
·
Strong interest and exposure in sports or fashion
·
Knowledgeable with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
·
Excellent oral and written communication skills
·
Candidate should be willing to render/complete a 5 month internship
·
Candidate should be willing to work in Bonifacio Global City Taguig
