If you can answer all three questions with “YES”, then you should apply for theCorporate Comms functional trainee program starting 1st of October 2019! We offer an exciting 18-month program with an assignment abroad and rotations in some of the following areas in our headquarters in Herzogenaurach and Portland:

· Public Relations (PR adidas, PR Reebok)
· Corporate Communication (External & Internal Communication)
· Content Strategy & Content Creation

Your Profile

· A Bachelor's or Master's degree with a strong academic record in communications, media, or other relevant subject
· International mindset/experience
· Relevant practical experience of up to 18 months from various work placements (with companies, editorial offices, agencies, etc.)
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
· German language skills are a plus
· True affinity/passion for sport and interest in the sporting goods industry

You can apply for the functional training program regardless of your citizenship. If you will make it to the final round and receive an offer, the offer would be pending on the approval of the residence and work permit for Germany. We will support you in obtaining those.

· Assessment Center
(the assessment centers will take place during April and May)
· The decision on who will join our FTP program will be made within 3-4 days after the Assessment Center took place
