Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Provide support to China Global Trademarks teams in brand protection in the PRC markets

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative support

· Support maintenance and handling of all IP matters, including preparing open matter forms, entering information into matter spreadsheet and database, creating physical files, and creating electronic files.
· General administrative work, such as meeting arrangement, facility support, handout preparation, etc.
· Assistant IP team with the day-to-day management of its invoice and budgets;
· Providing support to the wider legal and compliance team and business as in relation to general IP issues and business quarries;
· Conduct analysis of seized documents, case information and new trends;
· Assist on litigation program: evidence collection, documents supporting;
· Supporting the continued operation of e-commerce enforcement program, deal with monitor internet infringers/suspicious websites, take down infringing links, website and stores;
· Assist with Brand Protection Manager to supervise agents in their enforcement actions and performance;

· Members of Global Trademarks, Global Legal Innovation Patents and other teams within Legal Global Brands

External

· External lawyers and service suppliers
· Law enforcement agencies: Customs, PSB, MSA


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

· Excellence analytical, management and organizational skills;
· Ability to work in a team environment


Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

· 1-2 years’ experience of relevant work experience or administrative assistant role;
· Good written and spoken Mandarin and English;
· Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;
· Knowledge of criminal, civil and IP law;
· Willingness to travel;
