At Adecco Group we have an amazing opportunity for Youth Offending Service Practitioner to start immediately in Barking and Dagenham area. It is full time position, Monday till Friday, £27-£28/h Umbrella Pay.

Requirements:

- any relevant higher or further education qualification in social care or criminal justice,

- ability to form strong professional relationships with young people aged 10 to 18 who have low motivation to engage and who may exhibit challenging behaviour,

- ability to challenge unacceptable behaviour in young people aged 10 to 18 and their parents/carers to engage, motivate, inspire and persevere with young people aged 10 to 18 in order to achieve set objectives,

- to be able to work independently, flexibly and on own initiative approximately, and use 1-2-1 staff supervision appropriately,

- to be able to use electronic information management systems and keep timely, up-to-date case records.
