We are currently recruiting for a Youth Engagement Officer to join our client's team in Melton Mowbray.
Salary up to £22,000 (dependant on experience)
You will be working 8.30am - 4.30pm / 9am - 5pm, Monday- Friday. You may be required to work occasional weekends/evenings throughout the year however this will not be a regular occurrence at all.

We are looking for candidates that are good at inspiring younger people and can engage with a younger audience.

In this role, you will be presenting to a younger audience and encouraging them to attend courses to build their skills and confidence ready for employment/higher education.

You will be/have;

- Confident and engaging

- Motivating and influencing

- Ideally you will have experience of working and engaging with younger audiences
