Location: Wolverhampton

Hours: full time

Pay: £14.41- £16.26 per hour depending on experience

Job Description:

·  The role will look to provide direct support to care leavers and young people in care who have been referred to the Staying Close Project, ensuring that they have the maximum possible ownership of the project, maintain their membership, and achieve good outcomes.

·  To work collaboratively with Social Worker's, Young Person's Advisors, childrens homes, and partner agencies in order to produce the best outcomes for young people participating in the Staying Close Project.

·  To provide care leavers with the opportunity to achieve a full range of independent living skills so that they are ready to move onto more settled and permanent accommodation.

·  The post holder will have to work tenaciously, flexibly and in an entirely solution focused and empowering way.
