Temporary position - 3 - 6 months with chance of extension / permanent opportunity
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm - 35 hour week
Hourly Rate: £12.25
Location: Portsmouth, Hampshire

Their Customer Service Advisors are true champions and the first in line to answer calls from tradespeople. No two calls will be the same, and you'll be free from scripted conversations, providing a five-star service with a smile.

You'll talk to various members, providing advice, guidance, and support to our trades, helping them get the most from their membership. As an expert in all things related to our client, from products and services to promotions and member benefits, you'll take complex queries in your stride, ensuring a one-call resolution wherever possible.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering calls from tradespeople and providing a five-star service with enthusiasm and a smile
Offering advice, guidance, and support to members, ensuring they make the most of their membership
Becoming an expert in all things related to our client and effectively resolving complex queries
Logging each call accurately in our CRM system, maintaining up-to-date and accurate records
Utilising strong admin and IT skills to support your daily activities
What do you need to succeed?
An excellent telephone manner and superb customer service skills
A willingness to learn, progress, and be a total team player
Strong IT skills and comfort working with KPIs in a fast-paced environment
Confidence, positivity, proactivity, and the ability to stay calm under pressure
