Position: Warehouse Supervisor

Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 dependant on experience.

Type: Permanent

Adecco, Harlow are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor on the early morning shift.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a modern, growing and independent company based in the heart of Enfield. The successful candidate will have managed a team of warehouse operatives and assisted the Operations Manager.

Duties will include but are not limited to;

·  Creating daily rotas, lunch hours and breaks

·  Co-ordinating the holiday rota

·  Responsibility of securing/locking the building after your shift

·  Working close with the transport supervisor to co-ordinate deliveries and returns.

·  Organising faulty product returns to suppliers

·  Creating Daily Process Performance Indicators for the employees

·  Assist new staff while they settle in.

·  Oversee the loading function of distribution vehicles

·  Ensure all goods-in/assembly staff have been given the correct training

·  Regular staff assessments (annual appraisals and regular 1-2-1's)
