Adecco have a fantastic opportunity to join a company based in Newbury. Our client is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team on a permanent basis. The role is working Monday - Friday offering a salary of £25,000 - £28,000.

The exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual who is driven and self-motivated, conscientious with a go to attitude, keen eye for detail and a self-awareness for high standards.

Candidates will ideally have/be:
* Minimum qualification of GCSE or higher
* Ideally experience of working in a team, warehouse environment or similar environment
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Strong internal drive and motivation to make a difference and add value to an organisation
* Ability to select effective approaches to solving issues, based on available information and business objectives and escalate appropriately
