Warehouse Operative with PPT/T20 Ride-On Licence

Job description

We are looking for a Warehouse Operative to work in a busy, fast paced warehouse for a large reputable Worcester based company. Must hold a valid and up-to-date T20 ride-On Licence (Also known as PPT)

Counterbalance would be advantageous but not compulsory.

KEY OBJECTIVES & TASKS:

*To operate as a team member in the execution of logistics tasks associated with materials receipt, flow and supply to customer/user
*Assist in the achievement of the logistics operational plan in all areas of logistics
*To process finished goods from storage to despatch
*Inventory control of all related processes
*SAP booking of finished goods into the warehouse
*Operate handling equipment and machinery when trained to do so
*Checking of goods receipts, issued stock and despatch loads for accuracy
*Housekeeping and health and safety practices in associated areas
Work to standards on all processes
*Report any damages of product, equipment and machinery to the Team Leader

39 Hours per week - Set shifts not rotating:

Afternoon Shift
Monday to Thursday = 3pm-11pm
Friday = 2pm-9pm

Pay rate:
Afternoon Shift - £7.82p/h (£6.80p/h plus 15% shift allowance)
