Our client are looking for someone to work in their service and warehouse department to assist with goods in and warehouse duties.

This particular role will handle the physical and electronic process of booking in goods, moving boxes and picking and packing.

Main aspects of the role will include:

·  To ensure that all orders are completed accurately and efficiently on a daily basis during your shift.

·  To report any issues that may arise to your supervisor so as to make sure that failure is avoided at all cost

·  To help with all deliveries being booked in and put away stock into location on a daily basis

·  To ensure that all pre-shift checks, and defect reports are completed prior to the use of all equipment Liaising with your supervisor to facilitate equipment repair

·  To make sure that the companies health and safety policies are adhered to at all times

·  To ensure that you have a clear desk policy and that the warehouse floor is clean and tidy

·  To complete any stock takes when instructed by your supervisor

·  Any other duties as and when required by management

Skills and experience required

·  Previous experience in a warehouse or stores environment is ideal but they will consider someone who is looking to get into this kind of role and will offer training

·  Team player

·  Happy to get involved in all areas of the warehouse and take on extra responsibilities

This role would suit someone that enjoys a hands on role with some stores or similar experience.

This will be a full time role and paying £22'000-23'000 per annum depending on experience and is working for a well established and growing organisation in Basingstoke.
