Due to the expansion and growth of our client, an opportunity has arisen for a Stores Person/Warehouse Operative to work on site at one of their client's unit, located in Chesterfield.

Responsibilities include:

Use SAP to manage inventory

To assist customers in the selection of goods, advising where applicable alternatives that reduce overall cost

To initiate and conclude all customer / vendor returns in approved manners

To conduct rotational stock checks as required

To drivecontinuous improvements to the engineering stores

Skills required:

Experience of Stock Management

Processes Previous experience in a commercial, distribution, industrial or engineering environment

Strong communication and organisational skills.

A good level of IT skills

A willingness to learn and develop

A Forklift Truck License is desirable but not essential

This role is temporary with the possibility of being made permanent for the right candidate.

Hours are 7.30-4pm Mon-Fri @ £11.25 per hour. **Must be willing to work over Christmas with the exception of Christmas Day & New Years Day.
