Translator of French and Spanish to English

Job description

My client in Northumberland is currently looking for a remote translator, translating all customer communication from English to French or Spanish and French or Spanish to English.

This role is part time and flexible. The candidate would be required to work Monday to Friday and any time within the following core hours, on average, there can be 0 to 2 hours work a day. During our peak seasons this can rise to a maximum of 4 hours a day.

Work is undertaken remotely - access to the internet and emails is all that is required

Key Tasks:

*Translate any customer emails from French or Spanish into English for the customer care team.
*Translate emails from the customer care team into French or Spanish. The customer care team will then send them on to the customers.
*Deliver outstanding customer support through accurate translation with a professional yet friendly tone.
*Understand and operate with an awareness of business needs and requirements, we have very specific policies that need to be communicated accurately to ensure that we protect our brand and business.
*Translations should be completed and returned to the team in a timely manner.
