As a Training Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to develop, organise, and conduct training programmes for their employees, ensuring continuous improvement and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct effective induction programmes and provide support to new employees.
· Deliver engaging virtual and in-person training sessions.
· Manage an online Learning Management System.
· Identify training needs, create training plans, and develop materials to enhance knowledge and skills.
· Utilise coaching approaches to enhance staff performance and support individual development goals.
· Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company processes.
· Evaluate and follow-up on training and development programmes.
· Maintain a good level of personal presentation and adhere to company policies.
· Collaborate with team members and attend meetings as required.
· Offer new ideas and take the initiative to improve processes.
