Adecco have a fantastic opportunity to join a company based near Reading. Our client is looking for a Trainee Sales Executive to join their team permanently. The role is working Monday to Friday and offering a salary of £12,000 - £14,000.

Duties and responsibilities include:

*Ensure that excellent customer service is demonstrated at all times whilst working with the current sales team.
*To put the customer first at all times and to identify customer needs promptly and accurately.
*Sit in with the current sales team during sales discussions etc. to learn the sales process and at times try it yourself with help and guidance.
*Work alongside the current sales team whilst they assist customers, offering advice, dealing with queries, problems, etc.
*Working with the current sales team and growing confidence in responding to general customer enquiries received in person, by phone or email.
*Working with the current sales team to communicate clearly, ensuring customer requests are met, and subsequently dealing with any queries and follow up calls when required.
*Working with the current sales team to ensure any issues concerning customer care swiftly and promptly dealt with.
*Assisting the current sales team with photographing and uploading of new stock to online website's.
*Utilise our prospect system and over time grow in confidence working with the sales team when making follow up calls/emails.
*Working closely with the sales team to learn all aspects of the sales process.
*Working with the current sales team to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all sales stock.
*Working with the current sales team to assist the changing and refreshing of displays.
*Attend any relevant meetings/ training courses as directed by the General Manager.
*Work as part of a team with all other staff members, and be aware of what is happening within the rest of the company.

Candidates will ideally have/be:

*Smart and well presented.
*Willing to learn new skills and be confident to speak with customers.
*Ideally be able to drive and have access to a car.
*Enthusiastic, honest, reliable, conscientious with good time keeping.
Confident and effective communicator.
