Trainee Financial Adviser. Mortgage/ Equity Release
£18k to £20k plus bonus OTE £25k to £30k but uncapped

With a background in targeted sales the successful candidates will embark on a career that will see them eventually becoming a qualified financial adviser with the support of this fantastic company.

Working for an incredibly exciting financial services company based in Fulwood the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate previous telephone based sales experience, we are looking for either business to consumer and business to business experience.
You will either be responsible for contacting interested clients who have already shown an interest, and converting their interest to sales of a very well respected financial legally binding plan or you will call Financial Advisor's up and down the country introducers of business building relationships.
You will work to deliver and exceed personal targets whilst working as part of a dynamic team.
You will attend a residential company training course and receive ongoing 'on the job' training on the technical aspects of advising on, and writing legal documents.
You will have a strong focus on meeting and exceeding company expectations and have a high drive for achieving sales targets as well as delivering an exceptional customer experience.
You will call all clients who have completed on other financial services within the group to advise on the benefits of this well needed financial legally binding plan and convert the calls to sales.
You will receive inbound calls from a variety of lead channels, or web-based enquiries, and assessing client needs then converting to sale

Proven consultative telephone sales experience
Proven track record in sales and lead conversion to sale
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Competent IT skills
Evidence of high level of attention to detail
Highly motivated team player with the ability to work with all levels
A real zest for life, enthusiasm and a positive attitude
