We currently have an opportunity for a Trade Counter/Customer Service Advisor to work for our client based in Bow. Whilst this is a retail role it is dealing mainly with Trade Clients. Our client is initially looking for someone on a temporary basis but this could go permanent for the right person.

Suitable candidates will have a "can do attitude" and be willing to muck in with the rest of the team. This is a lively and busy trade counter that is open between 7.30am and 5pm plus 1/2 day on Saturday so there is the opportunity to work additional hours and earn extra cash!

The main duties will be:

*Dealing with face to face, telephone and email enquiries

*Checking stock and delivery times, liaising with the warehouse and suppliers.

*Processing orders and payments, producing invoices.
