Adecco in Welwyn Garden City are working with a fantastic client based in Welwyn Garden City, looking for an Accounts Assistant for a minimum of 4 weeks.

Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:30pm.

Job Role -

Sales Ledger

-Preparing and emailing monthly customer statements
-Ensuring credit control is carried out on a weekly basis
-Preparing a credit control report for management
-Posting of online sales and preparing sales invoices on a regular basis

Purchase Ledger

-Dealing with supplier invoices
-Ensuring supplier statements agree to the purchase ledger.
-Raising purchase orders on a regular basis
-Preparing payment run reports for processing and approval
 Identifying and controlling Prepayments and Accruals

Above is the main details of the role but you will be expected to help out in daily tasks within the open plan office. Excellent attention to detail is required.

Experience with sage200 or sage50 is essential.
