Adecco are proud to be working with an ever growing company based in Ashford who are seeking a Telesales Executive to work within their expanding team.

You will be working within a team of 18 in Ashford, the company as a whole however is a lot bigger than this, they have been established for 85+ years and have other offices in London, Paris and Belgium.

Duties:

* Telesales

* Cold Calling

* Building excellent rapport

* Being empathetic but still resilient

Having sales experience is crucial in this role as your day will consist of 100+ outbound cold calls, you will be required to work 9am till 5pm Monday to Friday and in return will be paid £19,500.

There is a competitive commission structure available in this role, which will pay you out on each product you sell with no catches or threshold to achieve before you start earning.
