Excellent Inbound Technical Support Advisor Opportunity

My client based in the Tipton area are looking to recruit an Inbound Technical Support Advisor to be first line support for technical faults.

The Role
* Answering Inbound calls from customers in a professional and timely manner.
* Offering first line support in regards to an faults with the product.
* Being patient with the customers and guiding them through the process to fix their product.
* Fixing the customers issue if able, if not book product in with engineers to be fixed.
* You will be expected to learn detailed functionality for a range of products and assist customers with any issues / questions.
* Customer contact will be primarily by telephone, but will also cover other areas. ie email, Social media etc.

The Successful Candidate
* Will have an excellent telephone manner.
* Be patient and have excellent listening skills.
* Interested in technical support.
* Be PC Literate and interested IT
* Able to start immediately.
* Confident and clear telephone manner.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office and email.
* Good data entry skills.
* Good understanding of modern technology.

Hours of Work
Monday to Friday 08:30 - 1:30 & 2:00 - 4:45
Flexibility to work overtime is essential.
