The Team Assistant will support the London Client Operations team with project administration and will be responsible for supporting the team in achieving their KPI's. With a low level of client contact, the Client Operations Assistant will be responsible for a broad range of data entry tasks, approving associate consultant invoices and sourcing consultants for onsite projects.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

*Build and develop strong relationships with key internal stakeholders - including associate consultants, Client Operations Managers, sales team members and regional colleagues.
*Support Client Operations Managers with client projects - including general data entry, general administration and reporting. Will be able to work and understand client & internal briefs and communicate the detail to various delivery colleagues.
*Ensure the accurate entry of information/data to systems (e.g. ORBIT) for a wide variety of regionally generated projects.
*Ensure that the requirements for Purchase Order tracking are understood and followed for all relevant projects
*Assist with the housekeeping of ORBIT and supporting documentation to support a smooth referral and engagement process.
*Assist Client Operations Managers with the approval of associate consultant charges.
*Support Client Operations Managers as required with organising on-site delivery programmes (out of office) and systems input and the collation and reporting of candidate feedback for such projects.
*Support the logistics of onsite delivery from material preparation to transportation of materials
*Track regional consultant and coach availability for onsite delivery
