Job Title: Administrator
Location: Bristol - Next to Temple Meads
Contract Details: Temporary, January 6th - March 28th - 37 hours per week, Monday-Friday
Salary: £13.00 per hour
Working Pattern: Full Time

This role uses Excel so you must be comfortable with navigating spreadsheets.

Responsibilities:
· Allocate and track registrations and events.
· Provide exceptional customer service as a point of contact for internal and external inspection queries.
· Check the quality of datasets, registration toolkits, and inspection reports before submission.
· Set up and maintain accurate electronic records for complaints, ensuring timely closure.
· Collaborate with the wider team when needed.
Essential Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
· Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workload independently
· Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
· Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards
· Proficient in using electronic systems and databases
Desirable Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
· Prior experience in an administrative role
· Knowledge of early years inspection processes
· Familiarity with data analysis and reporting
Technologies:
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
· Experience with electronic record-keeping systems
