Job Title: Stores Co-ordinator
Location: Crawley
Contract Details:
- Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract
- Contract Length: 6 months with possibility of Extensions
- Working Pattern: Full Time
- Shift Details: 5 Days 7am-7pm then 5 days off and nights 7pm-6am then 5 days off

Responsibilities:
Complete operational approved logistics processing on schedule (Goods Receipt / Warehouse / Transport / Despatch)
Accept incoming goods and compare them with the shipping document
Check incoming goods for visible damage and document findings
Ensure correct use of transport equipment
Capture relevant data in data processing systems
Manage the acceptance, storage, commissioning, and removal of goods
Organise regular stock maintenance and inventory
Assemble deliveries and review for completeness and accuracy
Complete packaging of deliveries according to shipping instructions
Add corresponding shipping documents to outgoing goods
Complete transports inside and outside the premises using appropriate means of transportation
Essential Skills:
Proven stores background
Computer literate
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Physically fit
Desirable Skills:
Previous forklift experience (training will be provided)
