Space Management Coordinator

A great opportunity to work for a well known shipping Company based in Canary Wharf.

My client is looking for someone who ideally has a degree or is qualified to A level and above. The specific candidate must have experience in a similar trade management function (preferably at least 2 years of experience).

- Daily space control for current and future vessels incl. allocation adjustment
- Coordination with ROC(Regional Operation Center), EQ control team, EHQ Operation, Traffic&Coordi to maximize ship's utilization.
- Coordination with vessel operator / ship's planners and compilation of Container Booking Forecasts(CBF's)
- Writing and updating of all Standard Operating Procedures(SOP's).
- Internal meeting preparation if necessary
- DG/OOG/Transhipment monitoring in liaison with related parties
