We are currently recruiting for a short term customer service advisor to work with one of our key clients in Cheadle. This position is an on-going temporary assignment for approximately 6 months with the possibility of going permanent for the right candidate. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a well established company where you will be providing quality customer service to the customers. In this role we are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills.
Duties:
*Taking incoming calls in a prompt, timely way, in accordance with client service level agreements
*Ask open questions to understand what the customer is looking for
*Confirming policy's with the customer and ensure this suites their requirements and negotiating with them to meet their needs
Candidates Must:
*Have the ability to have a good in depth conversation and come across well & professional
*Have excellent listening skills and be able to retain information so they can advice customers of best policies
*Be able to work effectively under pressure and manage own workload
*Have an excellent telephone manner
Location: Cheadle
Pay rate: £9.19 per hour plus great bonus
Variety of Shift Patterns:
*08:15am-20:15pm Monday to Friday (shift rota)
*Saturdays 9am- 5:30pm ( rota basis)
