We are currently recruiting for Service Desk Analyst to work at a local Educational establishment. This is a fantastic time to join the team while they are currently going through a recent restructure so now is the time to join and make your mark!

The Role `
As the Service Desk Analyst at You will play an important role to deliver IT support to both employees and students alike. The role will not only be via email and phone but face to face with your customers owning the query from start to resolution ensuring the best customer service experience.

Who are we looking for?
As the Service Desk Analyst we are looking for someone who has:

*IT Background with experience working within a service desk analyst role
*Formal IT Qualification
*User Account Management Experience
*Ability to breakdown technical information in an easy to understand manner
*Good Understanding of Networking and Configuration
