As the Senior Procurement Partner, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding procurement service, ensuring compliance with legislation and maximising the use and knowledge of products within the organisation. Responsibilities:
· Plan, deliver, coordinate, and resource the annual framework/dynamic model procurement plan
· Manage and implement framework/dynamic model performance reviews
· Oversee the implementation of products and launches
· Supporting customers with procurement tenders and category management
· Utilise electronic systems to support tendering
· Collaborate with internal teams to market, train, and communicate on procurements
Requirements:
· A minimum of 3 years of public sector procurement experience
· In-depth knowledge of public sector procurement, particularly framework and dynamic model creation and management
· Knowledge of construction and housing categories is essential
· Minimum of Level 4 CIPS qualification
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
